    Turnover, stress related illness and disengagement are all signs of a problematic workplace. April Callis Berchmeier provides humorous insight into 7 habits of negativity, tips to eliminate negativity and actionable steps to reap the benefits of a positive and engaged workforce.

           This presentation includes:

    • Identifies negative habits, that even positive people may develop
    • Practical solutions to address negativity and create a positive workplace
    • How to share a positive vision and common language to increase job satisfaction

    April Callis Birchmeier is an Author and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) who works with organizations like the State of Michigan, Whirlpool and University of Michigan to prepare and support their people during process and technology change.

    She has been featured in Time Magazine and The New York Times and is founding member and in the First 100 to receive the Certified Change Management Professional accreditation from the Association of Change Management Professionals. Her organization, Springboard Consulting is instrumental in driving change and thought leadership throughout the industry.
